Free Webhosting without Ads or catches!

I had been using geocities for years but then they really put way too many ads on my site - so much that it affected the layout of the webpage dramatically. So I found a new one that really is great! I really like it a lot! It's called: http://www.000webhost.com/

What do I like about it:

-the free domain it comes with isn't long or cheesy!
-I was able to use the FTP in less than 5 minutes!
-it has email forwarding - great tool!
-it can even have password protected directories (haven't tried this out yet but cool concept!)

I'll let you know when I experiment more with it what this baby can do. Do you have a good free no-ad web host you want to recommend as well?
